All our hot sauces are hand crafted in small batches using only natural ingredients with absolutely no artificial preservatives.
Ranging from a mild to medium pleasantly lingering heat to fiery hot and spicy, for us flavour always comes first using oven roasted Tomatoes, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey and Adzuki Beans.
Heat always comes second using select locally grown Hot Chilli Peppers such as Carolina Reapers, Komodo Dragons, Dragons Breath, Brain Strains, Apocalypse Scorpions, Armageddon Ghosts as well as other international smoky delights like Moritas, Pasillas and Guajillos.

Adzuki beans are rich in starch, and their proteins contain a balanced variety of amino acids with high lysine content, making up for the lack of protein content of foods in the daily diet.
